Shipping policy

When will my item be shipped & how long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days but may take up to 7 business days (unless specifically stated otherwise on individual listings or backordered/preorder items). Backorder/preorder items have a 1-2 month lead time.

✧ Domestic / USA 5-14 business days (~2 weeks)

✧ International / non-USA orders: due to VAT & customs fees, please use the mirror storefront to order. Unfortunately, orders cannot be processed at this storefront. (If the item is "out of stock", please direct message for a custom listing via the mirror storefront.)

All orders include standard tracking.

My package was marked as "delivered" but I did not receive it?

Please contact your local courier with the tracking number provided when your order was processed. If the package cannot be located/redirected to your address, a replacement package can be mailed for an extra reshipment fee. If a cancellation is required then a refund - minus any shipping/customs charges - will be issued.

If a package and/or reshipment is lost by couriers multiple times, or an address is deemed "invalid" consistently, we might deny further shipments/orders to prevent future issues.
